Kate Walker once again

Kaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaattttttttttttttteeee!!!!! D: Haven't drawn her in soooooo long. I figured after drawing her brother again, I'd do the same for for her. :3. Maybe I should plan a little comic for these too. hmmm.....

Felt like going back to her old clothing and might built off of that for an eventual final design. She's really been needing for a long time now. :/
